Robot vacuums: documented platform and firmware support
Check the exact robot, required command and shipped firmware. A voice assistant name, an Apple Watch app and an accessory in Apple Home are different forms of support.
The table is drawn from researched records. SHWF has not tested cleaning performance, obstacle handling or these integrations.

SwitchBot K11+ — the catch, per ecosystem ~$399.99 price at time of research (2026-08-09) on SwitchBot's own US store, both colours. A promotional code showing $229.99 was live on the page and is deliberately not recorded as the price.
Connection: Matter · Wi-Fi · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and unusually for this category that is the vendor's own explicit claim rather than our inference: SwitchBot says this robot supports Matter 'allowing seamless native control via Apple Home, Alexa, or Google Home with no extra hubs needed'. That is a real difference from its own siblings — the K10+ Pro Combo's page tells you to buy a Hub 2 to reach Apple Home. Mapping, no-go zones and scheduling still live in the SwitchBot app.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

iRobot Roomba Max 715 Vac — the catch, per ecosystem ~$699.99 iRobot's own US store price on 2026-08-09. No compare-at or list price is shown on the product page, so there is no discount to report and none is implied.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and no hub route either. Everything runs through the Roomba Home app and iRobot's cloud — 3D multi-floor maps, room naming, Smart Clean prioritisation, scheduling — and the three voice services iRobot names are cloud links to that same account. There is no Matter certificate for this robot, so there is no local Matter path to a controller you own, and no bridge or hub of any brand changes that.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

SwitchBot K20+ Pro — the catch, per ecosystem ~$699.99 the base robot at time of research (2026-08-09) on SwitchBot's own US store. ⚠ Five further kits share this product page at $734.98 to $1,168.96 — see the record note; the $699.99 here is the robot alone. A promotional code showing $594.99 was live and is deliberately not recorded as the price.
Connection: Matter · Wi-Fi · Hub for full use: Yes (No hub is named as a requirement on this page, and the robot holds its own Matter certificate — but note what SwitchBot actually offers Apple users here: the description lists 'Siri Shortcuts', not the Apple Home app. That is a third distinct Apple answer inside one brand's robot range, so do not carry the K11+'s native-Home claim across to this model. Mapping, no-go zones, virtual walls and the platform features all live in the SwitchBot app.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

SwitchBot K10+ Pro Combo — the catch, per ecosystem ~$799.99 price at time of research (2026-08-09) on SwitchBot's own US store. A promotional code showing $376.00 was live on the page and is deliberately not recorded as the price. Note the record unit: this is the robot-plus-cordless-vacuum system, not the $459.99 K10+ Pro robot sold separately on the same store.
Connection: Matter · Wi-Fi · Hub for full use: No (🔴 A hub is required for Apple Home, and SwitchBot says so plainly: 'Utilize Hub 2 (sold separately) supporting Matter to control the K10+ Pro through the Apple Home app.' That is a real extra purchase on top of an already-$799.99 system, and it is the sharpest contrast in SwitchBot's own lineup — the $399.99 K11+ page states the opposite, 'no extra hubs needed'. Buy this expecting native Apple Home and you will be buying a hub too.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

Dreame L50 Ultra — the catch, per ecosystem ~$949.99 price at time of research (2026-08-09) on Dreame's own US store, against a $1,399.99 regular price — a 32% discount, the deepest in this launch set, and deep enough that the regular price is worth treating as an anchor rather than a number anyone pays.
Connection: Wi-Fi · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and today no hub route either. Everything runs through the Dreamehome app and Dreame's cloud — mapping, carpet rules, no-go zones, pet features, scheduling — and the three voice services are cloud links to that same account. iRobot Roomba Max 775 Combo — the catch, per ecosystem ~$999.99 iRobot's own US store listed the Roomba Max 775 Combo at $799.99 on 2026-10-21, marked 'Price reduced from $999.99' and 'In Stock'; $999.99 is the price shown here because the store charged it with no reduction on 2026-08-02 and 2026-09-30, and it is the MSRP in iRobot's launch press release of 2026-07-07. The same $799.99 sale also ran on 2026-09-21. When this page was first built on 2026-08-02, iRobot's store carried a second SKU number for this product, X285220, alongside the X285020 listed here; both led to the same Roomba Max 775 Combo product page family, and a colour or bundle variant is described here rather than listed as a separate product.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and no hub route either. Everything on this robot runs through the Roomba Home app and iRobot's cloud: iRobot describes 'The easy-to-use Roomba® Home App' as the place where scheduling rooms and targeting pet zones happen, and the three voice services it names are cloud links to that same account. There is no Matter certificate for this SKU, so there is no local Matter path to a controller you own, and no bridge or hub of any brand changes that. Roborock Saros Z70 — the catch, per ecosystem ~$999.99 Roborock's own US store price on 2026-09-21: $999.99, shown against a struck-through $2,599.99. Both figures come from the same buy box and from the store's own structured product data, so the gap is Roborock's own framing rather than a retailer discount, and the store still carries a '30-Day Price Protection' promise beside it. ⚠ This price has moved a long way and fast: the same store asked $1,699.99 against the same $2,599.99 comparison on 2026-08-02, so $700 came off the asking price in seven weeks. Treat any figure quoted for this robot anywhere, including this one, as something to check at the store. Two colours, Black and Silver, are sold at the same price and are the same record under the catalogue's record-unit rule; both are in stock. The free 480 ml cleaning solution recorded here in August did not appear in the 2026-09-21 read — the cleaning solution shows as a $18.99 add-on instead — and a promotion that is not on the page today is not a promotion this catalogue publishes.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub, but the app is not optional. Roborock's marketing page for this model states it in its own footnote: 'Use of this product requires the Roborock app. The product will not function as intended without downloading the app and agreeing to the app's Terms and Conditions.' That is a stronger dependency than most of this catalogue records and it is the vendor's own wording, not an inference. There is one thing the robot will do without a network: Roborock's on-device assistant, described as 'Say "Hello Rocky" to kick off cleaning tasks' with 'no network required', covers starting and pausing a clean, specifying a room, and adjusting modes. Everything else — mapping, no-go zones, schedules, the ecosystem links below — runs through the app.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

Dreame L60 Ultra PE — the catch, per ecosystem ~$1099.99 Dreame's regular price for this robot on its own US store, recorded 2026-09-24. On that day the store was selling it at $899.99 in a sale, and in August it was $999.99; the regular price is the one kept here so the figure stays comparable from month to month. Never treated as a live price. The $1,019.99 listing on the same page is a bundle that adds a $149.99 accessory kit, not this robot on its own.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and no hub would help. Everything runs through the Dreame app and Dreame's cloud: mapping, no-go zones, carpet rules, pet features and scheduling all live there, and the three voice services Dreame names are cloud links to that same account. Narwal Flow 2 — the catch, per ecosystem ~$1299.99 Narwal's own US store price for the base configuration ('Narwal Flow 2 (Basic dock)') on 2026-08-22, shown as 'Final Price $1,299.99' against a struck-through $1,499.99. Never treated as a live price. ⚠ SUPERSEDES the $1,099.99 recorded 2026-08-02: that figure was a 'Limited-Time Early Bird Special' with a countdown, and the countdown has since run out — the early-bird block is still present in the page markup but its timer reads remaining="0" with auto-hide-on-expire set, so a visitor no longer sees it. The regular price either side of the promotion is the same $1,499.99, so the $1,299.99 is a smaller ongoing discount rather than the expired launch window. Three other configurations were priced on the same page the same day and are not separate records: '& Basic Kit' $1,300.00 (from $1,499.99), '& Advanced Kit' $1,399.99 (from $1,699.98), and 'with Auto Refill & Drainage System' $1,399.00 (from $1,599.99).
Connection: Matter · Wi-Fi · Hub for full use: No (No hub for the robot itself, but read the Matter cell before assuming what that buys you: a Matter accessory needs a Matter controller in the house to be reachable from a phone or a voice assistant, and on Apple's side that means an iPhone on iOS 18 or later (a HomePod, HomePod mini or Apple TV for control away from home and automations). Narwal's own advertised route — 'Alexa, Siri, or Google Home' voice commands — runs through Narwal's app and cloud and needs no hub at all. The optional Automatic Water Exchange System is a plumbing job, not a smart-home one: Narwal warns to 'confirm the dock position and water pipe connections in advance'.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

Shark PowerDetect UV Reveal 2-In-1 Vacuum and Mop — the catch, per ecosystem ~$1299.99 SharkNinja's own US store price on 2026-09-21 for the Black RV3020XE: $1,299.99 — corrected from $849.99, which is what this page showed in August. The move is a sale ending rather than a price rise: the same page earlier carried $849.99 struck against a list price of $1,299.99, and today it carries $1,299.99 on its own. The figure kept here is the everyday price rather than a promotional one, so what you see is comparable month to month. A second listing of the same product line, the Luxe Collection in Evergreen (model RV3026XEUSGN), sells at $1,299.99 on the same store; it is a finish and bundle variant rather than a different robot. SharkNinja publishes a 60-day money-back guarantee alongside the price. One thing worth knowing from the day of this reading: the page offered to notify by email when the item is back in stock, so it may be temporarily unavailable to buy direct.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub, and no hub would help. The robot pairs to the SharkClean app, and the two smart-home links SharkNinja advertises — Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant — are cloud connections from that account. There is no Matter radio to bridge and no local control method SharkNinja documents, so no controller, dongle or bridge of any brand adds a route this robot does not already have. SharkNinja's specification table names no wireless protocol.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet Full sourced profile for Shark PowerDetect UV Reveal 2-In-1 Vacuum and Mop →

Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete — the catch, per ecosystem ~$1699.99 The research price is Dreame's $1,699.99 regular price. On 2026-10-09 its US store also showed a $1,349.99 sale price against that regular price. These are dated observations; check the store for current pricing. The X60 Ultra is a separate model.
Connection: — · Hub for full use: No (No hub. The robot pairs to the Dreamehome app, and the ecosystem links Dreame advertises — Alexa, Siri and Google Home — run from there through Dreame's cloud rather than through any bridge you own. The robot also answers its own wake word, 'OK, Dreame', for starting cleaning tasks by voice; Dreame's page does not say whether that works without an internet connection. Read the app requirement together with the security entry on this record: the app is the control surface, and the app is what the 2025 CISA advisory concerned.) · Works offline: Not checked — we have not established whether this keeps working without the internet

Separate certification from delivery
SwitchBot K11+ documents native Apple Home control through Matter, without a SwitchBot hub. App mapping and other functions have separate limits. K10+ Pro Combo documents an Apple route through a separately purchased Hub 2; its certificate does not remove that requirement.
Narwal Flow 2 has an exact-model Matter 1.4 certificate. Its Apple, SmartThings and Home Assistant answers rely on that certificate and the platforms’ documented support, while Narwal’s own page does not describe Matter setup. Alexa and Google Home also start and stop it over Matter; on Google that happens in the Google Home app, not by voice. That evidence basis is different from a maker publishing step-by-step instructions.
Dreame L50 Ultra has an exact certificate but describes Matter firmware as upcoming. X60 also promises an update, while the reviewed certificates name X50. L60 Ultra PE advertises Matter without a matching certified version. Roborock Z70 describes upcoming firmware and cannot be matched to the generic filings in its record.
These are dated research findings. Confirm delivery and exact-version setup before purchasing for a promised feature.
A certificate can leave the app route unanswered
eufy C28 has an exact-model certificate in the record’s compliance-ledger research, but its product page does not establish platform routes. Its integrations remain unknown. Do not turn a generic or previous-generation filing into a new model’s setup answer.
Ecovacs T80S OMNI has unmatched generic filings. The Roomba Max 715 and 775 Combo do not inherit another Roomba generation’s certification. Shark UV Reveal has a recorded Apple exclusion, based on Apple’s robot-vacuum requirement; read that evidence rather than treating an absence as permanent.
Compare the functions, not just the platform name
Several robots name Alexa or Google without listing commands. Do not assume start/stop from the badge. L50 Ultra is more specific: it documents start, pause, dock and app-configured room routines.
Home Assistant documents the Saros series with local commands and cloud setup/fallback. Its Bluetooth routes for K11+ and K10+ Pro Combo name the exact models and expose cleaning, return-to-base and status functions. Those routes do not establish app mapping, room selection or whole-robot operation after a service shutdown.
SwitchBot K20+ Pro documents Siri Shortcuts rather than an Apple Home setup route. Matic publishes local-processing claims but leaves the mainstream platform routes unknown. Its own voice assistant using Gemini is not Google Home integration.
Fees, consumables and offline use
The records do not establish a required feature subscription for these outright purchases. That is not a promise of every feature forever. iRobot’s separate membership programme and Matic’s optional consumable pass are different purchases.
Include bags, filters, pads, cleaning solution and dock requirements. Manufacturer suction, battery and threshold figures are not SHWF measurements.
Local integration commands, on-device processing and stored cleaning schedules are separate questions. Read each record’s outage evidence and gaps before relying on offline operation. See the camera privacy guide for data-handling and security limits.
Use the checker to inspect the route for your platform, then resolve any essential unconfirmed function before buying.
Frequently asked questions
Does Matter certification guarantee the robot appears in my app?
No. Match the exact model, shipped firmware and controller support. Some records have certificates but no documented app setup; others describe Matter as a future update.
Does a voice-platform logo confirm start, stop and room cleaning?
No. Several makers name a voice platform without itemising its commands. Read the specific functions and limits in the product record.
