- Narwal publishes a '7,000 mAh Ultra-Capacity Battery', 31,000 Pa suction, mop washing with 140 °F hot water, operation 'under 56.5 dB', and a base station rated for '120-Day Dust Collection'. The mop is the design story: a 'FlowWash Real-Time Self-Cleaning Track Mop' that Narwal describes as using 'flowing water to refresh the mop in real-time, rolling away dirt while cleaning itself', with a retractable pressure plate that 'creates an airtight seal' for carpet and 0.4 in of mop lifting. The Automatic Water Exchange System — plumbed fresh-water intake and waste drainage — is sold as an option and is what turns dock maintenance from a weekly chore into a plumbing decision. Narwal still publishes no specification table on the product page, but the page's own Support › FAQs accordion now answers the dimensions question directly — read 2026-08-22 and quoted as published: 'Base station (with water tank): 360*450*530mm', 'Slim base station (with Auto Refill & Drainage System ): 410*433*281mm', 'Robot: 363.5*351.2*9'. The catch
Start with the odd part, because it is the whole shape of this record: Narwal's product page never once says the word Matter, and this is the only robot in our flagship set with a Matter certificate that actually names it. The certificate, CSA26175MAT50961-50, was issued 2026-02-26 to Yunjing Intelligence Innovation for a product filed as 'Flow 2' at Matter specification version 1.4 over Wi-Fi. Version 1.4 is the one that matters, because that is the release that added Service Area — the ability for a controller to send the robot to a named room — and it is also the exact bar Apple states for room direction with Siri. So the most useful compatibility fact about this robot is one you cannot learn from the company selling it. Narwal's own page tells a smaller story: 'Adjust your preferences effortlessly through Alexa, Siri, or Google Home', with no list of what any of them does. Second, this page's price has already moved once inside three weeks, so treat any figure here as dated. The launch price was $1,099.99 under a 'Limited-Time Early Bird Special' countdown; that countdown has expired, and a re-read on 2026-08-22 found $1,299.99 against the same struck-through $1,499.99. So $1,499.99 is Narwal's standing regular price, and what changes is the size of the discount hung off it. Third, there is still no specification table on this page — no weights, no clearance height, no connectivity row. The dimensions are the one part that has since been answered, and not in a table: they sit in a Support › FAQs accordion, where Narwal gives the base station as 360*450*530mm and the robot as '363.5*351.2*9' — a figure its own answer cuts off mid-number. Who it's for
The strongest fit in this flagship set for someone whose household actually runs on Matter — an Apple Home, Home Assistant or mixed setup with a controller already in place — because this is the only one of the four whose Matter support is certified and shipped rather than promised in a future update, and it is certified at version 1.4, which is where room targeting lives. It also suits a buyer who wants the mop to be the point: a track mop that rinses itself continuously, 140 °F washing, and an optional plumbed dock that removes the refill-and-empty routine entirely. It is a weaker fit if you want the manufacturer to hold your hand, because Narwal documents almost none of this — no Matter mention, no specification table, no per-platform capability list — so you are relying on a certificate and on platform documentation rather than on vendor guidance. If the price matters, check the current figure rather than this one: it has already changed once since this record was opened, and Narwal runs the discount off a standing $1,499.99 rather than holding a fixed price.
