Every one of them is listed here with the catch that applies on SmartThings specifically — the setup it needs, what stays stuck in the vendor's own app, and where SmartThings's automations can't reach a capability the device has.

Work for everything they list
Aqara Smart Lock U200
Needs a SmartThings hub with a Thread border router (SmartThings Station, Hub v3, Aeotec, or newer Samsung TVs), because the lock is Thread-only; a hub that only does Matter over Wi-Fi will not connect it. Through Matter you get lock, unlock and status; fingerprint, tap-to-unlock and Aqara settings stay in the Aqara app.
August WiFi Smart Lock (4th gen)
Official cloud-to-cloud linked service — SmartThings talks to August's cloud, so it needs the lock's WiFi online and there is no local execution; no SmartThings hub required.
ULTRALOQ Bolt Fingerprint (Matter over Thread)
Named by ULTRALOQ ('Samsung SmartThings') and corroborated by the Matter certificate. Requires a SmartThings hub that is a Thread border router; a hubless SmartThings app cannot commission a Thread-only device.
Aqara Smart Lock U400
Named in the same Aqara sentence ('Samsung SmartThings'), and the manual lists SmartThings among its Matter platforms. You need a SmartThings hub that is also a Thread border router, because the lock speaks Matter over Thread and nothing else. Through Matter you get locking and unlocking. Aqara says features such as Night Latch mode and Auto-Lock settings need the Aqara Home app and are not available if you connect the lock straight to another platform.
Automations SmartThings's Matter page lists this kind of device; its automations can use Lock/unlock.
SwitchBot Lock Ultra Vision Pro Combo
SmartThings locks and unlocks it over Matter, through the Matter-capable Hub Mini that ships in this combo, which brings the lock into SmartThings as a bridged device. SwitchBot needs a Matter-enabled Hub Mini, a Hub 2 or a Hub 3 for this, so the base Hub Mini does not qualify and a cheaper SwitchBot bundle may not reach SmartThings at all. Face, palm and fingerprint unlock stay in the SwitchBot app.
Automations SmartThings's Matter page lists this kind of device; its automations can use Contact state, Lock state and Lock/unlock.
Kwikset Halo Select Plus Touchscreen Smart Lock
Kwikset names SmartThings on this lock's own page, in its compatible-technologies list and in its works-with specification, and its Matter page names the SmartThings Hub (V3) and the SmartThings Station as the hubs to use. The lock joins SmartThings over Matter on Thread. Anything Kwikset-specific — SmartKey, geofence auto-unlock, code scheduling beyond Matter's own model — stays in the Kwikset app.
Level Lock Pro
Needs SmartThings hardware that is a Thread border router — Level names the Aeotec Smart Home Hub, SmartThings Station, Hub Dongle, Hub v3, plus select 2023 Samsung TVs, monitors, soundbars, and appliances.
Schlage Sense Pro
Matter-over-Thread only — requires a SmartThings hub that is a Thread border router; hubless SmartThings app users cannot connect this lock. Lock/unlock/status/codes per Matter's Door Lock cluster. UWB hands-free is not available to SmartThings users today — Samsung Wallet Aliro keys are announced pending certification, and entrance-mode config stays in the Schlage Home app.
Work, with an exception
Yale Assure Lock 2 Plus
Works per the maker; details unconfirmed
Yale lists Samsung SmartThings as a smart home partner for the Wi-Fi model of this lock. It doesn't say how the lock connects to SmartThings, and SmartThings' own list of Yale locks names other Assure Lock 2 models but not this one, so locking and unlocking from SmartThings are unconfirmed. Needs the built-in Wi-Fi (WF1) model.
eufy FamiLock S3 Max
Works, except camera stream
SmartThings locks and unlocks it through Matter over Wi-Fi, and Samsung lists this lock by name as a door lock in its Works with SmartThings directory. eufy says camera streams do not travel over Matter, so the camera stream stays in the eufy app.
ULTRALOQ Bolt Fingerprint (Apple Home + Wi-Fi)
Works per the maker; details unconfirmed
ULTRALOQ lists SmartThings for the Wi-Fi version of this lock. It doesn't say how the lock connects to SmartThings or what it can do with the lock, so locking and unlocking from SmartThings are unconfirmed. The Matter edition is a separate lock.
