Your report arrives within three business days at the address you gave us. Reply to the receipt email if anything about your setup changes in the meantime, or if you left something out.

Every claim in it will carry its source and the date we verified it. If something in your report turns out to be wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you — and before it's delivered, a refund is yours for the asking, no reason needed.
