The second thing to know is the hub ladder, because SwitchBot names two different hubs for two different jobs: the Hub Mini reaches Alexa, Google Home and Siri, while Matter and Apple Home are tied specifically to the Hub 2. Budget for the right one or the ecosystem you wanted is not in the box. What you do get without any hub is real: Bluetooth control from the app, up to four sets of blinds on one button.
