Nanoleaf connects it to Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home and SmartThings only through Matter, and its product page lists a compatible Matter controller as required. Amazon names its Matter-enabled Echo devices for that job and Google names its Nest devices. Apple Home is the exception: Apple says an iPhone on iOS 18 or later can add and control Matter accessories without a home hub, though it recommends one.
