It also suits an existing VeSync household — if you already own a Levoit purifier, an Etekcity plug or a Cosori fryer, this joins the same account and the same app with nothing new to learn, and the app is free by the vendor's own statement. Think carefully if you are buying it to put a humidifier into a specific ecosystem.
